I always recommend booking the shared twin room as I have had the best moments on retreats with the individual I have ended up sharing a room with. Either that or you could buddy up with someone you know and share (i.e if you are coming from the same place) or take the luxury option and have your own lovely space.

More about Retreats with Jay…..

Jay has been leading retreats since 2022 and loves creating healing spaces in magical locations where participants feel safe and are able to let go into the moment. Jay uses his years of teaching experience along with his energy healing to hold space for every individual who attends his retreats. His aim is to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself, have fun and learn new skills and techniques you can use in your daily life.
Past participants love the mix of Jay’s healing presence mixed with his sense of humour and ability to connect with everyone.
Here’s what a few regular participants have to say about Retreats with Jay and a short video showcasing some of the highlights:
“I have been on yoga retreats before, but this was my first one with Jay and I can honestly say, my favourite retreat so far. Jay has the knack of making people feel completely at ease and empowers them to make significant shifts in a safe, nurturing space. His authentic teaching comes from the heart and he can adapt the postures to include all levels“
“The retreat was everything that I could have wished it to be and so much more!
Jay did an incredible job at holding a space for us all at all times (whether yoga, meal times, general chats) and guiding us in breathwork, meditation and yin practices. They were authentic and felt carefully planned.
The retreat location was fantastic and we had such an amazing bunch of people to share this special time with.
I feel revitalized, focused and at peace with myself, thank you.”
“He is kind, warm, playful and intuitive and his retreats invite opportunities to pause, reflect and listen – to nature, to teachings, but most of all, to ourselves. His generosity of spirit means that all are welcomed, regardless of experience, age, background or ability and everyone is invited to take part at a level befitting their own needs. A retreat with Jay is an experience not to be missed!“
