Breathwork has been a transformative practice in my life, and I’m eager to share its profound power to help us heal and grow. I incorporate both gentle and more dynamic breathwork techniques, which have been practiced for centuries. Breathwork is a powerful tool for reducing anxiety and panic, detoxifying the body, promoting healing from illness, and expanding our conscious awareness.

Mindfulness & Meditation offers a deeper connection to the heart of life, beyond the distractions of the thinking mind. It is through meditation that we can rediscover our natural state of peace and liberation.

As a fully qualified Yoga teacher with a focus on Yin Yoga, I deeply believe in the healing potential of this gentle practice. Yin Yoga creates space for profound healing, whether for the body, emotions, or energetic balance.

Energy Healing

Feeling heavy energy? Maybe a scattered mind? Struggling with illness? Perhaps it’s time to try Energy Healing.

Our total being is made up of energy and in our session, we will work to release anything stuck or blocked from the body through a hands off guided session that includes working with the breath and y0u lying comfortable as we work through your energy body. This will free you up energetically to process what has happened and begin to help you feel lighter as you move towards your recovery.

I work as the guide, but it is you that is doing the clearing during a session.

Drawing from my background in Human Resources, I have gained valuable insight into the pressures that employees face in the workplace and the crucial role employers play in prioritising staff well-being.

Increasingly, businesses are recognising that employee wellness is essential because people are the heart of any organisation.

I offer a variety of services designed to support mental and emotional well-being, which can be integrated regularly, as part of a wellness week, or as a one-off “Lunch & Learn” session. These sessions include Breathwork & Mindfulness in the Workplace and Mindfulness at Work.
